Site work and paving for a civil project in Farr West, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of removing and replacing 873 l.f. of 24" RCP storm drain, 1 ea. 4' manhole, and removing 1,140 s.y. of 10 foot wide asphalt trail and reconstructing new in the same location. Work shall be completed by November 26, 2020, weather pending. Should weather not permit asphalt placement, this portion can be completed in Spring 2021. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
