DeSève Pavilion located at its Mountain Campus. Summary of the project and the work to be carried out This project provides for the renovation and redevelopment of the toilets on the 2nd , 3rd , 5th and 6th floors , the construction of a new accessible cloakroom, the redevelopment of the waiting area and the student hub on the 3rd floor in addition the refitting of the control room on the ground floor. The work must be carried out with the least possible interference with the operation of the building, the occupants and the normal use of the premises. The contractor must refer to the documents of the professionals in asbestos and crystalline silica work for the execution of this work and to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements. Delivery 2 phases described in the document DSUM-6A Additional Conditions.
