**As of October 28, 2020, it will take another 2 months to award this contract and 3 months to start construction. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 46,000 SY 3" Asphalt Pavement Surface Course, Type D 46,000 SY 11" Pavement Pulverization 590 TN Cement Modification 7,200 SF Concrete Driveway 4,200 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,400 SF ADA Ramps City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from bonds, grants etc. and reserved by the City for the Project.
