Site work and new construction of a civil project in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Los Lunas is requesting Bid Proposals for the construction of the following Project Well No. 7 Pumping and Treatment Facilities. Construction of a 1,800-gpm line-shaft vertical turbine well pump and motor set to 550 feet deep; a 3,500 square foot Filter and Booster Pump Building housing a coagulation-filtration system using a horizontal pressure filter for arsenic removal, hypochlorite generation system, booster pumps with flow meters; a 1,250 square foot Chemical Building housing chemical storage and dosing equipment for carbon dioxide and ferric chloride; a 30,000-gallon NSF 61 welded steel day tank; mechanical and plumbing improvements; electrical power and SCADA improvements; site improvements including pavement and sidewalks.
