Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt Pavement Trail Rockland Recreation Area. This project is funded under an agreement with the State of Tennessee. Contractors shall utilize Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Asphalt Concrete Mix (64-22) Grading E and TDOT specifications for 411E (PG 64-22). Asphalt Trail to be installed by contractor will be six (6) foot wide and up to 1100' Linear Feet. Please note in the event of a cost overrun with the project bid, the County reserves the right to reduce the total Linear Footage of the trail project in order to meet the available project budget. Contractor to provide cost per tonnage and total project cost: ((1100 x 6 x 2/12) /27) x 2 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will install the four (4) inch deep crusher run base and level it. Contractors will need to provide the installation for the asphalt pavement trail, six (6) foot wide and 2"Asphalt Concrete Surface Grading E, TDOT specifications 411E (PG 64-22). For any construction contracts, contractor shall first execute a good and solvent bond before the contract can be awarded. The bond shall be for no less than twenty-five percent of the contract price on all contracts in excess of $100,000.
