Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The intent of the project is to provide new roofing on all structures at Sanders Ferry Park. The new roofing must be installed in a professional manner, protecting the decking from rain, UV and weather exposure. The project should be bid to complete the full scope of work required to completely remove existing roofing system and replace with a new roofing system. Forty-five (45) day performance period. Structures must be water-tested, after roofing material is installed. The City of Hendersonville reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity that may occur if, in the judgment of the City, these occurrences do not adversely impact the overall bid or expressed intent of the bid process. The City of Hendersonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the contract to the vendor supplying the most for the monies invested.
