Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will consist of the construction of a bituminous concrete trail and a 350 foot long elevated boardwalk and other construction improvements. It will run alongside Riverside Avenue from Union Park South to New Canaan Avenue and will connect two existing trails. Construction shall be in accordance with the Connecticut Department of Transportation's Form 817 (2016), all supplements thereto and special provisions herein. Questions Due Date: Nov 6th 2020, 2:00 PM EST The City of Norwalk is allowing for the electronic submission of bids along with a hard copy submission. All participants are required to submit both by the said date(s) and time(s). Hard copy submissions must match the electronic submission. The City of Norwalk has the right to reject any submission that does not meet this criteria.
