Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norwalk, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seeking an experienced, multi-disciplinary transportation engineering and/or planning consultant to develop the City's first Complete Streets policies, ordinance(s), and design and implementation guide. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. All questions concerning this solicitation must be directed, via e-mail, to Sharon Conners, Purchasing Agent at sconners@norwalkct.org. Please include the Project Number and Project Title in the subject line. The deadline for the submission of questions is 2:00 pm, May 9, 2022. If the project is not completed by the date specified as the substantial completion date in the contract entered into by the city and the contractor, the contractor will be subject to consequential and/or liquidated damages. The City reserves the right to reject proposals/parts thereof or to solicit new proposal and award contracts as it deems tin its best interest. All proposals will remain property of the City. It is further understood and agreed that all information included in, attached to, or required by the Request for Proposal shall be public record upon delivery to the City The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
