This project consists of the Demolition of the Lincoln Quad Residence Hall and restoration of the site. 1. Complete Structure Demolition and Removal of the Lincoln Quad Residence Hall Complex Dormitories, Commons, Utilities, and other Improvements indicated to be demolished and removed. 2. Construction of a new portion of tunnel to terminate the existing utility tunnel at the location where it attached to the Commons. 3. Restoration of the of the site bounded by Spruce Street to the South, Tippecanoe Street to the north, 5 th Street to the west, and 6 th Street to the east to open lawn. 4. Replacement of selective curbs and sidewalks where indicated on the drawings 1. Alternate No. 1: Remove existing perimeter sidewalks and curbs indicated in the base bid to remain and provide new concrete sidewalks in addition to new curbs and walks indicated to be replaced in the Base Bid. 2. Alternate No. 2: Provide new street and pedestrian lighting as indicated in the Construction Documents in lieu of maintaining existing street and pedestrian lighting included in the Base Bid. 3. Alternate No. 3: Provide a new lawn / landscape irrigation system for the base bid open lawn area as indicated in the Construction Documents, including new water service connection and piping to the site, through the utility tunnel, from the Student Recreation Center east of 6 th Street. 4. Alternate No. 4: Provide a new vehicular parking lot and associated improvements indicated in the Construction Documents at the northern portion of the project site.
