Milling and patching, crack seal, sealcoat and striping of various Parking Lots at ISU Saw cut, Milling and patching of 400 Square Yard of select areas of Parking Lot A. The Bidder shall include the cost of the 400 Square Yards in their Bid. If the full 400 Square Yard is not used the cost of the unused quantity shall be returned to the Owner by Change Order based on the unit price provided. Crack seal, sealcoat and restripe the entire Parking Lot A A. Alternate # 1 1) Saw cut, Milling and patching of 200 Square Yard of select areas of Parking Lot 5. The Bidder shall include the cost of the 200 Square Yards in their Bid. If the full 200 Square Yard is not used the cost of the unused quantity shall be returned to the Owner by Change Order based on the unit price provided. 2) Crack seal, sealcoat and restripe the entire Parking Lot 5. B. Alternate # 1A 1) Saw cut, Milling and patching, crack sealing, sealcoating and restriping of the driving lanes only of Parking Lot 5. 2) Include the cost of 200 Square Yards of milling and patching in this Alternate Bid. If the full 200 Square Yard is not used the cost of the unused quantity shall be returned to the Owner by Change Order based on the unit price provided. C. Alternate # 2 1) Crack seal, sealcoat and restripe the entire Visitor Parking Lot at 7th and Larry Bird Avenue. 2) There is no milling and patching in this lot The Contractor shall begin Work within seven (7) days after Award preparing submittals and procuring material. Actual Work shall begin on or about May 10, 2021 with all Work substantially completed by August 1, 2021. Final closeout shall be within thirty (30) calendar days thereafter. A warranty walk-thru will be held eleven (11) months from the date of substantial completion
