Vigo County Capital Improvement Board of Managers (the "CIB") will receive sealed proposals from qualified providers for the furnishing of the supplies, materials, equipment and services indicated herein for the renovation and restoration of the exterior Marquee at the Indiana Theatre located at 683 Ohio Street, Terre Haute, Indiana (the "Marquee"), including the renovation, restoration or replacement of the Marquee's finished overlay cladding, channel letters, electrical sockets and wiring, mounting structures and related improvements, and the installation of a modern full color curved LED high resolution message center or equivalent with high-speed broadband connection (the "Project"). There are no published technical specifications for the Project and offerors are responsible for a visual exterior examination of the Project and the determination of Project means and methods.
