Madison County is seeking bids for the engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of metal open-air equestrian arena buildings at Fred Young Park, located at 3265 US-45, Jackson, Tennessee. This project is in accordance to the bid specifications. (No construction is included) No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. A. The Project name: Fred Young Park Equestrian Center - Building Package Madison County, Tennessee B. The work consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Design, engineering (including final stamped engineering plans), manufacturing, and delivery of metal open-air buildings to the site, located at Fred Young Park, 3265 US-45, Jackson, Tennessee. C. Refer to drawings for all dimensions and notes for the metal open-air buildings. Preliminary drawings for the metal open-air buildings provided by Coastal Steel Structures. However, alternatives are acceptable provided they meet the requirements listed on the drawings. D. Timing of Stamped Engineering Drawings: Final Stamped Engineering drawings for the base bid and add alternate, if selected, shall be submitted to Dalhoff Thomas Design Studio no later than February 1, 2021. E. Timing of Delivery: All components of the metal open-air buildings must be delivered to the site, located at Fred Young Park, 3265 US-45, Jackson, Tennessee, between January 1, 2021 and September 1, 2021. F. The dates above may be modified if agreed to in writing by the County.
