As of October 22,2020 the City Council awarded the project to Circle C Paving and Construction yesterday. The award amount was $1,188,824.80. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. The proposed Work provides for the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for resurfacing Arterial and Residential Streets, City of Hutchinson, Kansas.
