New Site Lighting h. New Utilities Feeds for Entire Complex and New Addition i. Electrical Service ii. Storm Sewer iii. Sanitary Sewer iv. Gas Service v. Internet Infrastructure i. Associated Demolition required for the above. 3. Renovations: a. Secure Vestibule & rework of Main Office. b. Replace Acoustical Ceiling, Replace Flooring, Replace Lighting, Paint Walls, and Replace Markerboards & Tack boards. c. Replace Kiln and Install Exhaust Fan d. Removal of Lockers and Install new durable wall Surfaces in Corridors. e. Renovate the Band Hall i. Remove existing risers ii. New Storage Units iii. Install New Practice Rooms iv. New walls, acoustical treatments, floors, ceilings, Light and HVAC. f. New Signage both rooms and way finding g. Replace the existing Elevator. h.
