As of May 14, 2021, the bids for contract two A and B were rejected. City is negotiating with low bidder on contract 1 but nothing has been awarded yet. ***Anyone submitting on Contract 2, please use EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond provided in Addendum 2, not the original bid documents. The only change was to Contract titles.** Project consists of 3 phases. 1. Construction of a 2.0 MGD Biological Nutrient Removal Plant including rerouting of collection system to plant site, construction of a master lift station, screening and grit removal, equalization basin, Aeromod Biological Nutrient Removal and clarification, filtration, chlorination, pumping system, yard piping, stormwater, and all ancillary equipment necessary for a complete and operational facility. 2. Construction of approximately 37,800 Lf of 16" C-900 PVC Effluent Pipeline, 7,260 LF in directional drills, and the installation of valves, fittings, and other accessory material for a complete, and ready to place in service pipeline project. The work also consists of the construction of rapid infiltration basins at the terminus of the effluent pipeline. 3. Construction of approximately 16,000 LF of 12" C-900 PVC Forcemain from East Gate Road to the receiving manhole of the new 2.0 MGD Biological Nutrient Removal Plant and the installation of valves, fittings, and other accessory material for a complete and ready to place in service pipeline project.
