Reference Number 0000340624 The City of Milton, FL is soliciting for Engineering Services for construction of a Utility Workforce Training Opeations Facility. The City of Milton is seeking Engineer Services for the renovation of the 4740 square foot cityowned facility into a multi-use utility worker training and utility administrative operations facility. The purpose of the renovation of this facility is to facilitate the growth of critically needed utility workforce training programs in the area. The City of Milton (City) utility administrative operations facilities are located on the corner of Alabama and Dixon Street; Milton, Florida (Parcel 34-2N-28-0000-24600-0000). Old City Hall (5438 Alabama Street, Milton, Florida 32570) is scheduled to be renovated utilizing Florida Legislature appropriated funds. Activities to include site control, pre-construction inspection/design for scope and project priority development, critical repairs (plumbing/electrical), floor plan modifications to include a 20-person capacity classroom area with ADA access, an ADA restroom, as well as alternative onsite utility equipment/supplies storage to upgrade and expand a parking lot.
