Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of a storage building at the Van Dyke Service Center for the Van Dyke Service Center Storage Building Project, SAWS Job No. 20-7705. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing concrete masonry unit buildings; constructing a pre-engineered metal building, complete and in place, including but not limited to doors, windows, finishes, ventilation system, lighting, and power connections; and all other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents.
