Bid Proposals will be received for The Clearing for the Downtown Greenway Phase 1 for Huntersville Parks and Recreation This Project includes, but is not limited to the clearing and grubbing in all the wooded areas between the construction limits. Perform the work of clearing and grubbing in all non-wooded areas between the construction limits and the limits of the project right of way or in easements shown on the project plans where seeding and mulching or other work as indicated. Clear and grubbing work shall be as indicated on plans and per Specification Sections 31 11 00 Site Clearing and Grubbing. Bid bonds, payment bonds and performance bonds will not be required for this Project. If awarded, the Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, taking into account quality, performance and time specified in the Contract Documents. The lowest, responsive, responsible bid will be determined based upon the lowest cost to the Town. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Michael Jaycocks at 704-766-2228. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid Proposal and to reject any or all Bid Proposals.
