Site work and paving for a road / highway in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
If awarded, the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder submitting by the deadline. The Town requires the installation of storm drainage pipes and associated structures and 1'-6" concrete curb and gutter. The anticipated contract length will be 45 days from the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall provide pricing for the specific items listed on the Bid Form. Complete and return the bid tab with signatures by the date listed above. Proposal package must be valid for a minimum of 90 days. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into the Town's Standard form Agreement for Construction Services. The Town reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder for any additional services that such bidder recommends after award of the contract. The Town of Huntersville is committed to providing opportunities for small and disadvantage businesses. The Town encourages bids from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The Town's Board reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals for any reason and at any time and to waive minor informalities.
