The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the construction of Hendrickson High School CTE Renovations, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Only one set of Qualifications is needed. Each project has a separate scopeand related Pricing Proposal. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. The district intends to obtain substantial completion of this project by August 01, 2021. Bid tabulations will be posted to the district Purchasing website, once an award has been made. Vendors shall submit one (1) original, and two (2) identical copies of their response. Vendors shall also submit identical copies on two (2) flash drives. If variations in the submitted proposals are found, Pflugerville ISD shall accept the version deemed to be most advantageous to the district.
