The scope of work for this project is as shown on the set of construction plans titled: "FY 2018-19, FY 2019-20 CDBG, and FY 2020-21 CDBG Pavement Improvement Projects, Project Nos. ola18001, ola19001, and ola20001"as prepared by Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by cash or a check payable to the City of Highland, certified by a responsible bank, for an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the grand total bid or by a bond for the amount over and above all statutory exemptions, or by a bond of an accredited surety company.
