As of September 19, 2024, this project is about to begin construction. A general contractor has been awarded. Construction will begin September 23, 2024. Only the original bid security of the three (3) lowest bidders must be mailed or delivered to the Purchasing Office in a sealed envelope and be received within (3) City business days of the bid due date and time for the bid to be considered. if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.
