PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through eight months The resulting contract(s) will be for the Farmville Residency in the Lynchburg District and will be awarded in Lots, as follows. The Bidder does not have to bid on all lots but must have the capacity to perform work on any lot(s) bid, regardless of other contractual responsibilities to VDOT or elsewhere. Contractor's bid pricing shall include all materials, pipe, excavation, seeding/fertilizer, protective coverings, check dam, siltation control excavation and temporary silt fence, traffic control, disposal costs, experienced operators, labor and equipment (to include mobilization and demobilization).
