Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to stall a 120 ft x 30 ft x 5-inch concrete parking slab at City Hall , 437 W US Hwy 54, Camdenton, MO. Other miscellaneous items are described herein, or as required. 1. Obtain all necessary permits required from the appropriate City or State agencies for any work to be performed. 2. Provide any and all required traffic controls. 3. 4000 lb concrete. 4. There will be wire reinforcement installed in the concrete. 5. The slab will match with the existing asphalt parking lot. 6. The base rock will be graded and compacted by The City to allow for proper slope. 7. Slope the finished site to allow for water runoff to appropriate drainage Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided with the specifications and be accompanied by the Bidder's certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. Successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of Section 285.525 through 285.550 RSMo regarding the hiring of illegal workers and Section 292.675 RSMo regarding OSHA requirements. Attention of bidders is called to the prevailing hourly rate of wages in the locality for each type of worker needed to execute the contract and also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, all as determined by the Division of Labor Standards.
