Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work includes the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, placing crack seal material in pavement cracks on residential roads, complete; including cleaning and preparing cracks; placing skin patch material on residential roads including cleaning and preparing damaged areas all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions relative to the project including how to acquire plans shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
