Site work, new construction and renovation of a library in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a library; and for the renovation of a library.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Notice is hereby given that the Cedar County Library District will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors at the office of the Architect, Jack Ball Architects, PC,650 N Boonville, Suite 200, Springfield, MO 65806 until 10:00 am, Friday, July 30, 2021 for the: A New Building for Cedar County Library District El Dorado Branch Cedar County, El Dorado Springs, MO. Bids will be read aloud at the time of opening. These unified bids shall include the general scope of work as described in the drawings and specifications. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and instructions to Bidders are on file and sets are available at the office of the Architect, Jack Ball Architects PC, 444 South Campbell Ave, Springfield, MO 65806, for a $100 refundable deposit, and a $25 non-refundable fee for shipping and handling (if required) after July 7, 2021. Hourly wages, as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law, will be complied with on this project. Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond in amount of 100% of contract price shall be furnished by successful bidder. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waives any informality in the bidding. Furnish all material, labor and equipment to perform all excavation, backfill and grading, special footings and foundations, etc., normal to this type of work, including rough grading, and handle and legally dispose of any excess material, regardless of type, character or composition. Furnish all labor and materials to install a complete bituminous paving This section specifies cast-in-place concrete, including formwork, reinforcing, mix design, placement procedures and finishes.
