**As of January 13, 2021, Project (Package 02) has been awarded to subcontractors, and construction was started back in December 2020. This is scheduled to be completed sometime July of 2022. Package 02 Each subcontractor will provide the cost of a payment and performance bond as a separate line item on the proposal form. Project Location: 5959 Gill Parkway, Mont Belvieu, Texas 77523 The Work of this project includes construction of a new elementary school to replace an existing school on the project site. Work will include, but is not limited to the following: a. Foundation: Concrete slab-on-grade, grade beams and drilled concrete piers. b. Exterior Wall assembly: Light gage steel stud framing, masonry, brick veneer and formed metal wall panels. c. Structural steel framing with fireproofing for Type IB construction. d. Modified bitumen membrane roofing over light weight insulated concrete roof deck. e. Aluminum framed storefront and curtainwall fenestration. f. Hydraulic elevators. g. Food service equipment. h. Scheduled interior finishes. i. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. j. Site work for utilities, earthwork, drainage and paving for parking and drives. k. Landscaping and irrigation. l. Technology, communications, AV and security systems. m. Related items as required for a complete construction project as indicated in the construction documents. 1.
