Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer on SH-146 and Langston Dr. scope of work includes cleaning, pipe bursting and open cut replacement of 12" sanitary sewer line, and rehabilitation of existing manholes. Miscellaneous civil work included such as concrete and asphalt replacement all in accordance with technical specifications, project drawings, and contract documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of total bid amount, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the required bonds within ten days after notice of award. At the option of the bidder, the guarantee may be one of the following, Cashier's check or certified check upon a national or state bank, payable to the City of Mont Belvieu. Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price from a Surety or other Sureties acceptable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to award the contract at any time within sixty (60) days after bid opening.
