Site work for a mixed-use development in Mont Belvieu, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
Subcontractors are invited to bid the items and scope of work as follows: The general scope of work for the Phase 1a renovation project will involve the construction of two new golf holes on land north of the existing golf course, the renovation of one half of an existing hole (existing hole 16), the construction of new practice putting green, chipping green, and cart path staging areas around the clubhouse. This will include but not be limited to erosion control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and rough shaping, drainage installation, irrigation installation, greens construction, bunker construction, tee construction, cart path installation, finishing and grass installation. During the pendency of this BID, bidders shall not contact any City staff. Any questions or concerns should be submitted to Civcast website on or before Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
