Renovation of a municipal facility in Nashville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish all labor necessary for a complete and operating Building Management System (BMS), utilizing owner provided Distech Direct Digital Controls as shown on the drawings and specifications. Drawings are diagrammatic only. All controllers furnished shall communicate on a peer-to-peer bus over a BACnet/MSTP open protocol bus. Any scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions made that would change the drawings or specifications shall be submitted during the bid package review period. Responses to pre-bid scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions will be issued in an addendum so that all bidders have an opportunity to review. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
