The Project is located at 14925 Highway 27, Dequincy, Louisiana, 70633 The improvements are more completely shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Parish Architecture - 307A Heymann Blvd., Lafayette, Louisiana, 70503, dated April 12, 2024, and later. C. Work includes repairs to the Chapel building damaged by Hurricane Laura. D. Buildings and Structures that require repairs include: Project No. 24003 Reroof Chapel Phelps Correctional Center Project No. 01-107-05B-13, F.01004533; 01-107-15-04, F.01004555
