Description:
Site work and new construction of teh new Northwest ISD Middle School #7 in Haslet, Texas. The new facility is a 220,700-square-foot, two-story building which includes sitework, utilities, new steel and masonry structure buildings, and an ICF structure gymnasium/storm shelter.
There are 6 ALTERNATES on the project as follows:
01 - Provide ornamental 6' tall fencing along Eastern property line
02 - Upgrade to artificial turf in cafeteria courtyard
03A - Packaged HVAC Units - AAON
03B - Packaged HVAC Units - Lennox
03C - Packaged HVAC Units - Trane
04 - Split systems HVAC Units - 10 Year Warranty
There are also UNIT PRICES required as follows:
Vapor Emission Control System per SF
Drilled piers per LF
Drilled pier casings per pier
Bidders should include ALTERNATES and UNIT PRICES with their proposals as applicable to their scope(s) of work.

o CIP - Certificate of Interested Parties 1295

o BID BOND - copy
CSP Opening will be done via Zoom.
This must be submitted in the eBid system prior to the 2:00pm CT deadline June 15, 2021

a postmark date of 06/16/2021.
