A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of Public Works to award Contract No. R-20-017-210, Summit of Softball Complex Improvements from the Easter Tornado 2020 - Shade Structures Replacement, to Lanier Plans, Inc. d/b/a KorKat, of Carrollton, GA, in the amount of $48,887.92, with a contingency amount of $4,900.00, for a not to exceed amount of $53,787.92. (District 4) The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: Replace and remove the existing damaged shade structure with new similar (size and type) and disposal of the old, including all work related. Repair the damaged shade structure by replacing the damaged beam, the work includes disposal of the damaged parts. Replace and remove the existing damaged shade fabrics with the same color and type of new fabrics, the work includes all the work requirements. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
