Replacing a storm sewer system with a new 36 inch conduit, inclusive of catch basins and yard inlets, on MANNER DR, MAD-TR1271-0.49, STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT, MADISON TOWNSHIP, RICHLAND COUNTY, OHIO Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein, and must be accompanied, pursuant to Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, by a satisfactory BID GUARANTY: either a BID BOND or a BID AND PERFORMANCE PAYMENT BOND executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount for each individual proposal; OR by a certified check, cashiers check, or a letter of credit pursuantto Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount for each individual proposal, payable to Richland County Board of Commissioners as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The estimated construction cost $ 145,000.00 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All bids shall beapproved by Ohio Public Works Commission (OP WC) and no contract shall be awarded without OPWC approval.
