Per Addendum 3- Bid Date was extended The Project involves renovations to fully occupied historic town library including: exterior envelope masonry & slate restoration; structural, mechanical, electrical upgrades; fire alarm replacement; window repair; accessibility improvements. All bids submitted in response to the Invitation To Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount (considering any alternates). All bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. The Town of North Attleborough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the Town.
