Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a multi-residential development in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot, 37-unit multi-residential development; for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a 22,000-square-foot multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the addition of a multi-residential development.

The current property, located on 116 Norfolk St, Cambridge, MA project, consist of a gut renovation of the 37unit existing 1907 convent and construction of an attached new building. Together the overall square footage of the completed project will be 49,000 square feet of which approximately 22,000 sf will be a new addition. The construction period will last approximately 21months from February 2023 to November 2024. The work is estimated to cost $32,000,000.
