Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Jefferson Park Apartments LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Selective Railing Cap Replacement at Jefferson Park Apartments in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DiGiorgio Associates, Inc. The project consists of replacement of railing caps at locations indicated on the Drawings. Filed Sub trades for this project shall be: None. Deadline for questions shall be Friday, August 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work: General Building Construction. Bids must include a Contractor Update Statement, (DCAMM Form CQ3). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act and included in the project specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit not less than five (5%) of the value of the total bid and made payable to Jefferson Park Apartments LLC. A 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond will be required for the awarded contract. No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents shall be made to any bidder. Every request must be in writing.
