The City of Cambridge is requesting quotations for a vendor to provide temporary No Parking signs to be used for posting during construction operations and emergency events. The signs must be durable and be able to withstand all types of weather for a period of 60 days. The vendor must be able to provide signs within 21 calendar days of receiving an order. The card stock for the No Parking Signs shall be 26-point railroad board. Size of the card stock shall be 14"x 22". The vendor will be required to provide 40,000 No Parking signs total. The vendor will be required to furnish and deliver the No Parking signs in Eight (8) - 5,000 count orders spread equally over a oneyear period. Ink for the No Parking signs shall be Spectrachem Scarlet screen printing ink, Nazdar 59000 series Fire Red screen printing ink or equal. Screen printing of the No Parking Signs shall conform to the following example. Questions concerning this Invitation for Bid must be submitted in writing and emailed to: purchasing@cambridgema.gov prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 An addendum will be posted to the Purchasing website notifying all bidders of the questions and answers. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for any addenda. Please check the website for any addenda before submitting your bid.
