Rolling Road Walkway Construction of an 8-foot-wide trail for approximately 950 feet along the northbound lane of Rolling Road between Roxbury Avenue and Tuttle Road. The project includes a retaining wall, curb, gutter, accessible ramps, waterline improvements, storm sewer improvements to include underground detention, pedestrian signal modifications, and asphalt paving All questions concerning the project shall be submitted in writing to the Director, Utilities Design & Construction Division, Department of Public Works and Environmental Services, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Suite 463, Fairfax, VA 22035-0056, or by emailing DPWESCAPUDCD TransportationInquiry@fairfaxcounty.gov, and to be given consideration questions must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. This office is the only point where information will be disseminated. Bid Security must accompany each proposal in accordance with Information for Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening thereof.
