The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work. The Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and procedures USACE - Alaska District has a project that includes performing surveying, dredging, and disposal of approximately 83,000 cubic yards of material from the South Harbor entrance channel, turning basin and maneuvering basins in Petersburg, Alaska. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work. This acquisition will be issued as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction which has a size standard of $30M. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of a base and six option tasks which will only be exercised if in the Government's best interest.
