As of January 2, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. This Project generally consists of the installation and integration of a new sewer pump station into an existing sanitary sewer system with associated collection system, building and site improvements including; existing building renovations and a new electrical controls building addition with associated mechanical and electrical systems, force main pipe, fittings, gravity sewer pipe, fittings and manholes, concrete wet well and valve vault with the installation of owner supplied pumps, discharge elbows and equipment, electrical panels, supervisory control and data acquisition system interface, grading, drainage and storm improvements, concrete slab on grade, sidewalk, curb and gutter and roadway patching, landscape improvements, coordination with local utilities, and other miscellaneous and incidental work. Questions on the project shall be submitted no later than close of business on December 2, 2024. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Petersburg Borough in the amount of five percent of the total bid price. The Petersburg Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it may best serve the interest of the Borough.
