The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC) will receive electronic or paper bids for the construction An existing house will be remodeled. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition of interior walls, windows, new interior siding, new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, new interior walls, new steps, new porch with railings, new ADA ramp, columns and roof, new interior fixtures, new doors and windows, new ceiling and beams, work on the existing chimney,new millwork, painting and finishing. CONTRACT TIME - substantially complete within Two hundred (200) calendar days
