Bidswith no license number will be rejected. One (1)copyof the bid form shall be submitted. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. Bidders are cautioned not to attach any conditions or provisions to their proposals. Any foreign conditions will render the proposal invalid and may cause its rejection.A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond, in compliance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218.A&C,executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%)of the total bid, shall be submitted with each paper bid.
