**As of November , 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on next week's board meeting.** All attendees will be asked to practice social distancing in the Village Hall. The proposed improvement is officially known as "FY21 Sanitary Sewer Lateral Connection Testing and Sealing Program" which generally consists of testing and sealing 50 - (6'') sanitary sewer service laterals of varying pipe material at the mainline lateral interface and up to 3 feet from the mainline including cutting protruding laterals as necessary. All bidders shall certify that they have successfully grouted a minimum of 12,000 mainline joints and 1,000 lateral connections and are an approved installer of the grout product by the manufacturer. The successful Contractor shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requirements (820 ILCS 130/1-12) for this contract including submission of certified payroll requirements and the employment of Illinois workers during periods of excessive unemployment. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check or Bidder's Bond, made payable to the Treasurer of the Village of Bloomingdale, for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all technicalities.
