Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Single prime bids for general construction work for the construction of 2021 Renovations to C.M. Eppes Middle School. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The project consists of general interior renovations including ADA compliant restroom work, new 4 pipe HVAC (partial), interior structural reinforcement (heavy), new windows, metal roof retrofit, exterior walks and ramps, and some storm drainage. The Start Date for the project will be January 3, 2022. Architects Notice to Proceed will be issued seven days prior. Final Completion, August 31, 2023: All construction review items issued by Architects office shall be completed. Additional Liquidated damages incurred for each calendar day late. The goals for participation by minority firms as subcontractors on this project have been set at 10%.
