The City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, and all other items to complete the Lake Cohoon Bridge Rehabilitation project The City is seeking a qualified firm to provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, as identified in these Contract Documents, in order to complete the Lake Cahoon Bridge Rehabilitation project, to the limits shown on the drawings and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein. The loading dock is located on the west side of the City Hall building, along Henley Place, across from the Suffolk Police Department building and parking area. Bids will not be accepted at any other building access location. Bidders will be required to follow current COVID-19 guidelines to attend the bid opening. Please be aware COVID guidelines regarding in-person gatherings are subject to change and bidders should check the City's Purchasing website for the latest updates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
