Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Lancaster, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing two external clarifiers, two lift stations, a sludge centrifuge, and a chlorine scrubber. Federal wage and hour provisions DO apply to this project. This contract is funded in part by a State Revolving Funds (SRF) loan. Procurement is subject to DOW SRF Procurement Guidance including Davis Bacon Act. Bidders must also comply with Title IV of the Civil Rights Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, 40-CFR 31.36L (3,4, & 6), Presidents Executive Order No. 11246 for equal opportunity employment and discrimination, 41 CFR 60-4, and make positive efforts to use small, minority, women owned, and disadvantaged businesses. LYNN ID# 20-514 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
