Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is awarded to Roloff Construction Company Inc. The awarded amount is $6,692,160.06. The project involves the construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, street removal and replacement consisting of approximately 2,360 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer in open cut, 465 feet of 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer installed using guided auger boring, 3,560 linear feet of 12-inch to 42-inch sanitary sewer inlets, 14,600 square yards of 7-inch PCC pavement, driveways, sidewalks and associated work generally located from N 61st Street to N 66th Avenue from Blondo Street to Miami Street. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories for 4.5% of the total bid amount.
