Cape Cod Community College (CCCC) is seeking qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Antenna Repairs at the Tilden Arts Center, Project Number CCCC-2021-Tilden Arts Antenna Repairs, 2240 Iyannough Road, West Barnstable, MA 02668 as more specifically described in the Plans and Specifications and contract documents. The project includes the removal and replacement of tower section, existing antennas, tower base support, anchor cables and attachments to building, and all wiring, connections and testing. The project has an estimated cost of construction of $60,000. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, or, CERTIFIED, TREASURER'S OR CASHIER'S CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company and made payable to CCCC in the amount of 5% of the Bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum. Bonds shall be obtained from a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The cost of all bonds and security shall be included in the Bid price.
