Renovation of an educational facility in West Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cape Cod Community College (CCCC) is soliciting bids for Restroom Accessibility Improvements. Project includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the renovations of several restrooms, dressing rooms, and the new construction of a dressing room with work included in multiple buildings on Campus, in West Barnstable. The scope shall include but not be limited to file sub bidders for ceramic tile, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and a separate general bid. Project Code is 852121. File-sub, sealed bids will be received up until 2 PM, (local legal lime) on 10/19/2022. CCCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason deemed necessary. The award contract must be approved by the CCCC Board of Trustees.
